Exceptional There wasn't anything I didn't like really. It was so clean. The staff! So friendly and helpful. I really liked the check in kiosk that made it super simple to check in and out. The bed was so comfortable! The Keurig in the room was a nice touch.

Smelly hotel - nice room but smelly too Smelly carpets - the hotel smells the old carpets and cigarettes. It was really not pleasant . The hotel really should invest in the carpets deep cleaning and improving the customer olfactory experience Location - room size
The Silver Legacy is a great place to stay, with nice amenities and helpful staff. We had to find dinner options away from the property because Ruth's Chris was booked for the evening and other dinner options weren't available either. Another consideration was also the casino smoke that made it less appealing to stay and eat. Comfortable room with nice furniture and large bathroom with vanity area that I could spread out in. Pleasant Reno and lack of surrounding business The Silver Legacy was fine but Reno is a depressing dump.
