Exceptional Everything was wonderful. Gorgeous king spa suite. Very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The tub didn't have jets but comfortably fit two and had amazing water pressure. The shower was amazing: great water pressure and a very large walk in. Very pretty suite.

Easy and fun place to spend the night in Reno. It was a good place to stay. Great location with easy access to restaurants and entertainment.

It was our 15th wedding anniversary and everyone we came in contact with helped to make it magical We didn’t get to stay longer Our room was phenomenal, we loved every part of our stay there

OK for one night The towel quality is poor and the shower gel it’s soooo small that it’s not enough for two people. should put at least 2! Close to restaurants, great customer service. The 14th floor has a nice view of downtown. The rooms have big windows, which is great. the 12pm checkout is brilliant!

Excellent stay except for the noise in the room. There was an intermittent noise in the room walls that sounded like an elevator makes when it goes up and down. then about once and hour there would be a loud sound like a horn. I'm pretty sure it was connected to the air conditioning/heat. I reported it to the front desk when we checked out. The room was very nice. Very clean, nicely decorated.
