Overall we had a good time and was a good experience. We felt that your parking was complicated and frankly felt like our vehicle was a sitting target for other vehicles inside the parking garage. The cigarette smoke is over powering for sure in your casino's. I'm a smoker myself and felt kind of grossed out. We stay on the 32ed floor and had a city view which was nice. Enjoyed the gaming and the choices for dining Sink was holding water and problem with the toilet flushing it took 2 times to get it working.

Good the mattress was not comfortable we asked housekeeping for decaf coffee pods and never got them convenient location shower was great tv channel selection

Good Check in was a pain. We tried to use the check in kiosk and it wouldn't read our id or accept our confirmation number. We were in line with approximately twenty other people and there were only two people helping with check in. We were tired from our long drive and very frustrated waiting to check in. It was a great room, very dark and very quiet. We really appreciate that.

Would choose to stay there again. Decaf coffee pods would have been nice. Pikes Peak is very strong coffee. I should have requested a room closer to the elevator. I will remember to do that next time. Keurig coffee pot Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower had excellent water pressure. plenty of towels. Valet staff were fabulous as I had to retrieve a couple items during our stay and they also delivered our luggage to our room. Relaxing Attractive room, updated, clean, comfortable bed, pool and deck were awesome. wish we’d arranged to stay longer to enjoy the amenities.
