Great View from Room Room was updated but notice other parts like elevator are older, also gym and pool area are small. Paid for early check in well worth it got a corner room. Room layout great for working. For midweek price is very good as it seems Reno is a pricey hotel city, must be lots of business travelers mid-week. Comfy bed slept well.

Let people know beforehand of the $15.00 charge for valet parking. You guys are becoming like Vegas with the stupid reso Front desk guy wasn’t personal at all. Long lines and long time to check in. Tremendously under staffed for a 4:00pm arrival. It took forever to check in. Hire more people instead of expecting the customer to do everything by themselves at the kiosk. Good cleaning staff
