Front desk was not properly trained. This trip was stressful when it was suppose to be a relaxing couples trip. not trained staff clean property

We totally enjoyed it. Finding where to park. We used Valet service, but to get there took awhile. We were up graded, and the room was great.

Overall Comfortable Stay The room did not have a microwave, unable to heat up left over from the restaurant downstairs. The bathroom did not have a vent/fan to pull any odors or moisture from showering. Easy check-in/out, staff was helpful & friendly, room was spacious, comfortable & very clean. The view was really beautiful, and we liked having access to Circus Circus & Eldorado.

mediocre The rooms are small for the cost. We never win when we play the slots at your location. The rewards program is terrible. Overall, we would much rather stay at the Peppermill Resort. I like how close the property is to the other casinos.
