Not like the old days lol , self check in , Virtual assistant, Reno Down T needs attention The shower was lukewarm , we each used it once so did not make a complaint but the weather was in the teens and low 40s. As usual the rooms are very nice , view is great.

Nice room, too hot to sleep. Inadequate climate controls in room. Ran AC non stop but temperature barely dropped. Air coming out did not feel "cold", only cool. Cracking a window open would have been much better. Room was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. Also after checkout I realized I had been double charged for a room service order, was given the run-around on the phone so bad that I had to drive back to the property to get it resolved. Easy to get to and clean rooms with lots of restaurants and a casino! Self parking is slightly inconvenient and a bit dirty. Hotel lobby desk is a bit of a hike from hotel entrance and parking lot and bad smoky smell in lobby. Nice clean room. There where many restaurants on site. Nice casino on site. Close to I-80.
