Nice stay, nice place to visit. Reno as a whole is on the expensive side. The smoking in the Casino. Its needs to be made nonsmoking. If people need to smoke they can step outside or provide smoking areas with ventilation to suck the smoke away from the rest of the Casino. Very nice facilities. Nice beds.

Disappointed in Reno The hotel was not adequately staffed to handle the customer load. There were long lines every day for hotel check in and check out. The coffee shop was closed and created a shortage of places for people to eat breakfast and lunch. As a result there were long lines to get food service at anytime except mid afternoon. The room doors are very loud when shut unless special attention is made to close them slowly and quietly.
