Exceptional The smell of cigar's and cigarettes when entering the lower level of the casino not a big fan of the smell that reaches the receptionist desk. Great experience, clean rooms great place to visit

Exceptional The bed was uncomfortable. And there was an emergency I happen to be in the shower and you could bearly hear what they were saying. I liked the location. The staff was great answered all of my questions, the concierge was very helpful. I had an issue and Ivy the concierge was great at handling everything I needed.

Met our needs. Room gave feeling of being dirty. Not because maid didn’t clean well, she/he did. Needs remodeling. downtown
