Great place if you do not mind a surprise extra charge - There is a non-trivial resort fee charged for the stay (almost 30% on top of the extra price). In my opinion, this should be included in the hotel price. This way it is a misleading extra charge. - Check-in process could be smoother. There is a self check-in, but it did not accept our foreign credit cards. - Very nice facilities, spacious room, comfortable bed. - Very conveniently located at the centre of Reno, giving direct access to the great casinos.

Langston Ruth Chris experience. Had 815pm reservation got table at 9pm in the bar not a real table. in the corner got food at 10pm had a birthday party on reservations and we had to tell the server that we had a birthday. Very disappointing I was super excited to take my family out to this restaurant paid alot of money for poor service. Great room. Good food and drinks.

Over all it was good. Didn't stay in the room much lots to do in the casinos. The swimming pool was misleading. It was only 3 1/2' deep. That is a wading pool. Plus it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and no adult only hours. I liked that the three casinos were linked so you didn't have to leave every time.
