Exceptional We didn't like that when we arrived for our 4 day stay the phone didn't work upon arrival in room 616. I had to use my personal cell phone to reach or speak with the front desk. I also walked down to the front desk to let them know that our room phone was not working, they said they will send someone up to my room. There was no one who came to fix or access the problem. Good hotel in a convenient location. The restaurants in the hotel did not have vegan options. The hotel was conveniently located to a concert venue we were in town for, as well as interesting restaurants with vegan options in walking distance.
Exceptional Excellent views of the mountains and surroundings. The green floodlights accenting the entire building in green was also really cool...made the hotel easy to find if we were out and about!
