Exceptional No complaints Welcoming decor, The beds were very comfortable…including pillows, a quality night sleep..smoke free
Exceptional Hotel check in staff was very nice and helpful, especially Elizabeth.
Pleasant There was a charge for over $100 to my room from a bar and lounge that i didn’t even know about. It took a lot of phone calls and over a week to get it resolved. The hotel finally credited the amount back. My only issue. The hotel was very nice. location was great

Exceptional
our stay was very good, except when we were trying to sleep. The people who stayed in the room, on the side of the bed, where up fighting and partying from around midnight until we would leave our room in the morning. Every night. The room was clean. We had a coffee pot and fridge. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Pleasant Gambling tables were very high along with the resort fees and rooms. Weren’t a lot of tables open either for a Saturday night. So expensive so many resort fees
