Good They didn't have my reservation. I had to go back 3 times before I could confirm I even had a place to sleep. I couldn't get my bags to a room and spent the first day of my trip dragging my luggage with me everywhere.

Exceptional It is a little tough to navigate the casino and restaurant areas. Maybe a mini map brochure in the rooms would be a welcome touch. Thanks! Very nice rooms. We had a "Corner King Suite." So, we had two giant windows with views over the Eldorado and downtown Reno. Really cool! We typically stay at the Peppermill, but this was a nice change for once. Casino was also clean.

Very Good Bed was a little hard. Hot tub isn't working looks like it probably won't be for awhile. The pillow case came loose and there was some blood on the pillow. Made me a lil nervous although I always pack my own pillow for this reason. Nice big TV, in the center of downtown, the coffee place sips has delicious coffee and pastries, bathroom was beautiful, we had a decent view, and it was pretty quiet for most part.
