Very Good Housekeeping when finished cleaned room, they either forget one of the fresh towels or to fill the tissue box or replenish the coffee cups. Overall, all staff r great. Clean the first day and how the front desk & other customer service are very nice and quickly responsive. Thank u so much.

The stay was ok, the billing not so great. although they say the room prices are $79 and $63, the total is over $235 due to taxes and resort fees, which Booking indicated at the end but it is a big price to pay when just comparing initial rates. Plus we got an additional $100 fee which I have yet to resolve because their billing dept can't answer - you have to leave a message - or when you call the hotel, it just goes into "please hold" purgatory. room was ok

Exceptional Just thought that it was a jacuzzi in the room but it turned out just being a regular tub. Nice spacious room. And clean thanks to the housekeepers.
