Very pleasant and convenient for our purpose in Reno. The resort should have an all nite snack bar (or at least one that stays open until 12:00 or 1:00 a.m.) where one could get a hot dog before retiring to ones room! Room was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Very comfortable chairs. Beds were neatly made and were comfy!

Nice hotel I didn’t that it wasn’t nothing else to do in the area. It was close to the bowling center.

Nice visit- I just wish I bowled better. I hate the extra "hotel/resort fees or taxes" that turn a $450.00 hotel stay into a $790.00 stay. Quiet and comfortable. It had a mini-fridge and the shower was nice. The maintenance staff was excellent and very polite and friendly. The Kuerig coffee pot was a little hard to use but we got the hang of it. I liked that they had enough plugs and USB plugs in easily accessible areas. I wish there had been a microwave or that the temperature on the Kuerig was hotter.
