Don't bug the staff they will snap The bed was uncomfortable and when I had interactions with the staff they were kinda rude. I stood in line to check out this one lady ignored me and refused to let me come up to the counter and the other lady just seemed very grumpy and was short with the way she spoke. I like the upgraded room and that the casino
