very pleasant I like the fact that I know what to expect every time I stay there. everything in place and in working condition. And it is the same every time.

Good The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and garbage was left in the garage bin. The cleaning person who was on the floor was nice and cleaned it right away and apologized for whomever left that in he room. The employees at the self parking elevator were rude, asked for two people that wanted to take the elevator and when we went up, my mother is elderly, the told us we had to wait in the back of the line. We lost our place in line and had to go even further back in line. They need to be more organized, it was a mess... read more
