Worth the money There was popcorn on the floor of our room. I can't imagine the room being cleaned and housekeeping missed it. I called housekeeping several times, but no answer. Also parking was horrible. I enjoyed my stay here. The location was everything. We could walk pretty much everywhere. I loved the shower. I love how you make reservations for eating, and our downtown view from the 19th floor was awesome.

Very Good We were told there was no room service, yet we saw people getting food brought to their rooms. Also we could not turn off the hot air coming into the room so we were very hot and dried out with no drinking water in the room to drink . The rooms were clean and comfortable beds , bathroom was great loved shower and not having to climb into a tub to shower.

Felt friendly clean and safe We loved it all Love the remodel..everything clean and updated..we only had I problem Keurig in room was not cleaned called desk and a gentleman came and took it and gave us a new one promptly..rest of stay was great. Couldn't find cocktail waitresse at any machine went to el Dorado where we found I gir serving drinks left to pepper mil and saw 5 ..we came back to hang out and saw how well security was enforcing mask rules runny off trouble makers when they came thru..felt safe and we will be bac... read more

Very Good Smoking in casinos Great value and great location. Used as a place to stay for visiting North Lake Tahoe. So much cheaper.
