I have been waiting weeks for them to install my internet, they just called and canceled my install because their tech has more important things to do?! What? Go with a different provider. If their customer service is this bad from the start it can only get worse.

Great company. I’ve had Silver Star for several years. The installation was fast and easy. I love that I can control everything from my phone. The system always works flawlessly. We’ve never experienced lag or dropped internet. Highly recommend

We are new to Silver Star (just about a year) but so far it has been super great! When I have needed to talk with customer service or with a tech person, they have been so very helpful, friendly & happy to solve our problems. I appreciate being able to have internet from a very reliable source & know there is always help when I need it!

Fiber Optic was installed to our home and we have been really happy with the network. The only outage we have had was a maintenance window in the middle of the night that was clearly communicated with us. This network is great for all of our streaming and working from home!
