I was very impressed. I didn't have this kind of experience with my last hearing aid provider, Everyone was friendly, professional and I liked how Dr. Guries answered all my questions, really helped me understand more of why I have hearing loss. I also liked that your office checks our hearing every year; my last provider didn’t. I am definitely staying as a patient.
The clinic and staff at Silver States is top notch and Dr. Richie Panelli is amazing! Very kind, patient and determined to figure out my ear issues. If you’re looking for a caring ENT doc with great bedside manner, I would highly recommend Dr Panelli.
Dr Panelli took time explaining everything. I felt his concern for my wellbeing. Facility is clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Mercedes was very thorough explaining every detail concerning my hearing aids, and not having to futz around wt batteries is simply awesome! Testing audio levels went smoothly and I am very pleased wt results. The app for my hearing aids is an unexpected bonus, especially having the means to control my audi environment at my fingertips! Brilliant! All in all super happy wt everything. Thank you, all.
My mother's hearing aids were not working properly. We made an appt and her hearing aids were really dirty and clogged. They cleaned her hearing aids and also completed a hearing test and then calibrated her hearing aids so she could hear again. They were very personable, polite and professional. What a great experience!!
