TLDR: Poorly managed. Unethical application practices. Applicants and property owners beware of this poorly managed system. After applying and being accepted for a rental, we requested the lease (in writing - I have the receipts). Two days later when I hadn’t received it, I requested it again over the phone and was told it would be sent. It wasn’t. Working with SIMBA to view 2477 Talavera Dr. was simple and straightforward. I have not heard back via Redfin or email however which is why I have given this review 4 stars. Great home and will be applying and anticipate an easy application process!
