TLDR: Poorly managed. Unethical application practices. Applicants and property owners beware of this poorly managed system. After applying and being accepted for a rental, we requested the lease (in writing - I have the receipts). Two days later when I hadn’t received it, I requested it again over the phone and was told it would be sent. It wasn’t.
