Working with SIMBA to view 2477 Talavera Dr. was simple and straightforward. I have not heard back via Redfin or email however which is why I have given this review 4 stars. Great home and will be applying and anticipate an easy application process!

Scheduled a showing multiple times Sunday and Monday and were all cancelled. Called twice today and was assured showing will be there but ghosted again. Asked for id info and even your social security number even just for showing. Is it a scam or what
