Our condo association hired Simon to replace our roof. Within one week of the roof's completion, a significant wind event damaged over 50% of it. Simon said they would not repair it because the storm was an act of God—all weather events are acts of God. We hired a forensic roofing firm to inspect the roof, and it was determined that the cause of the problem was poor workmanship. Our attorney sent them a letter, and they have refused to respond. Do not utilize Simon Roofing. Our condo in Sarasota recently had the roof replaced days before Hurricane Milton. After the Hurricane, 63% of the roof was damaged. It was determined that the roof was not properly installed. If it were, the roof would have sustained the winds from the hurricane. Simon Roofing states they are not responsible for the damage nor is it covered under warranty. If you’re looking for a quality company with Integrity, DO NOT USE SIMON ROOFING. Absolutely despicable. This battle is FAR from done.

They do their best to get the work started and finished in a timely manner, stand behind their warranty when needed and do so in a professional manner.
