o not utilize Simon Roofing. Our condo in ******** recently had the roof replaced days before Hurricane ******. After the Hurricane, 63% of the roof was damaged. It was determined that the roof was not properly installed. If it were, the roof would have sustained the winds from the hurricane. Simon Roofing states they are not responsible for the damage nor is it covered under warranty, stating it was An Act of God. .
