My first time using this group. It is almost 3 hours from home. There were many things that the front gals did that were far from professional. But they are young and I am sure they will improve. My appointment was over an hour late. When I arrived early they said only X-ray was behind, not mri. But as soon as I was due to have my 2 mri’s they said the machine is undergoing maintenance so it will be 1-1.5 hrs delay. Was sent here from the other one with the street. Seems like they sent everyone over there this day.. The wait was an hour and half for X-rays. I am on oxygen and this is unacceptable. I did ask if they could fit me in a little earlier for you the oxygen tank having a time limit. Was told there are no special acceptions for people. I have to wait like everyone else. The ultrasound tech was very personable and caring, as was the mammogram technician. They were both quick and efficient. However, I arrived 20 minutes before my 11:00 appointment time and didn’t get called back until after 12:00. The girl at the front desk has the personality of a fence post.

The bathrooms by the main lobby of the building were high-tech with automated faucet, soap dispenser & dryer all coming from the same fixture. The main building lobby has fancy, comfy chairs for individual seating. The actual office was nice and clean. Sandra was friendly, professional & gentle with preparing & guiding through the imaging process. I was totally impressed with the 2 young men who did my c scan. They were kind, told me what was to happen along the way.. the best part was the IV was given with no pain and after other times in the past with problems I was thankful for his expertise. They knew their jobs and did them flawlessly. I was very impressed. I thank you.
