My first time using this group. It is almost 3 hours from home. There were many things that the front gals did that were far from professional. But they are young and I am sure they will improve. My appointment was over an hour late. When I arrived early they said only X-ray was behind, not mri. The bathrooms by the main lobby of the building were high-tech with automated faucet, soap dispenser & dryer all coming from the same fixture. The main building lobby has fancy, comfy chairs for individual seating. The actual office was nice and clean. Sandra was friendly, professional & gentle with preparing & guiding through the imaging process. I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service we received during my mom's recent CT appointment with contrast. She was incredibly fearful and has very difficult veins to find, but Benjamin, the technician, was incredibly patient with her. His calm demeanor and reassuring attitude made her feel at ease and comfortable. The girls at the desk have very low social skills and lack professionalism. They barely make eye contact. I waited well over an hour to have my MRI done while people walked in and taken back one by one and did not get called in until a second group of people filled the waiting room. Not one person from the desk gave me updates on when I would be seen. Over 2 hours for a 15 minute MRI.

Went to get several test done lady advised me that I was going to be a wait for grays which is fine. But the tech I got for my mammogram was amazing! She was very informative even when I was nervous. She walked me through everything that she was doing and made me comfortable in a uncomfortable situation. Would definitely recommend this location for your testing needs. Will definitely scedule with them again!
