The front desk staff at this location is a dangerous legal liability. Despite receiving two faxed physician orders for a shoulder injection, she repeatedly attempted to force an unauthorized X-ray on my relative, which is a major Medical Necessity violation. Her behavior was hostile and aggressive, including slamming my phone on the counter—management must check the surveillance cameras to verify this. This refusal to follow a doctor's written orders is grossly negligent and a serious safety risk to the public

I had an MRI done on 02/09/2026, marked STAT, and it is now February 17th—still no report, no urgency, and no communication. A STAT order is supposed to mean immediate, yet this imaging center has treated it like an afterthought. I’ve called multiple times and gotten nothing but vague excuses and zero follow‑through. Do not go here. The staff here is the most unprofessional uncaring un empathetic of any I have seen in the medical field..  arrived for my 4 o’clock appointment at 3:30 as I was told immediately paid my co-pay of course. At 3:50 I was told that they were running about an hour behind. I said I just checked in 20 minutes ago you took my co-pay and now you’re telling me that Iwe’re running about an hour behind.
