Always an excellent and efficient experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The office is clean and inviting. In my experience 95% of my appointments have been right on time. Only once did I have to wait and it’s because the patient before me had anxiety about one of the machines and it delayed her appointment which affected my appointment. I would highly recommend! Plus I got my results within hours.

The SimonMed in Laveen, for the most part their machines breakdown, therefore I had to go to SimonMed in Ahwatukee, they got me in and had to wait for an hour, but there is a Trader’s Joe up the street so I had no complaint, I came back within the hour and was seen at the time they told me to come back. I will 25 miles to get my service done at this location. Thank you

Brittany was friendly and efficient with doing the x-rays. I only had to wait 5 minutes after arriving for my appointment. I have requested CD's of my scans before and the front desk gals are willing to do that right away.

The staff at Simon Med from the time I walked in the door until I walked out the door were very professional. I was told that it would take 3 to 5 days to get my test results back, the next day after I did the test at Simon Med my family practitioners gave me a call with the results.
