I checked in after filling out all the forms on line,at home, before I had to be there. I did not have to fill out any other forms, give any cards, or IDs. I was seen on time. It was a quick MRI, and everyone was very nice. Make sure you fill out all your forms online.

I was not too happy that they were running so far behind my appointment was at 2:30 I don’t think I got in there till 320 at 5 to 3 I went up and asked the lady at the counter she told me that you come out and get me in a couple minutes or a couple minutes turning to be 25 minutes if you wanna behind you text me three times about my appointment I’m sorry two times if you are not far behind and she texted customer they were running behind please show up a little later
