Was very pleased with the service. I was in and out in no time at all. Everyone, especially the xray tech, was very nice and informative. very pleased with the service I was provided.
6 month checkups are always uneasy when you have a Pineal gland brain mass. The MRI tech, Jillian Breese, made me feel comfortable at all times and was super gentle when injecting contrast. I’m needle phobic and barely felt it. I’m very grateful for I chose SimonMed in Glendale AZ. Again, Jillian was amazing.
I had a late afternoon appointment. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My appointment was at the Arrowhead facility. My only concern was the automated check-in online. Very frustrating. I much prefer “people”-assistance to automation. 🙂

Very friendly and efficient! We had to wait about an hour and a half or we could of rescheduled. We decided to stay, the waiting room was pleasant and comfortable. The tech was very nice and friendly. Which is important to me, because anything new makes me a little nervous. 🤗 I would give them more than a 10.
The technicians at Arrowhead are fantastic l appreciated that everyone was masked properly however the wait time to be seen was terrible. My bone density was scheduled for 9:30 but was not performed until after 10:30
I’ve had a positive experience with all the technicians and I have seen a few in different locations.
