Just a little confused with door entrance me n 3 more people we were lost ..becuz at your front entrance has a big lock so we thought it was employees entrance only we never checked out to open

I had a very good experience with SimonMeds staff. They were very professional and Lexi the person that did my CT Scan was so great to make sure I got the correct Scan and took the time to contact my primary office to get what I actually needed. She went the extra mile to help. This office is very busy & the company needs to make sure the front desk has everything they need to keep the flow moving. Computers were a little slow.
