Front desk Adriana Had a really good experience at the front desk in the X-ray office today. They were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made the whole visit feel a lot less stressful. Check-in was smooth and they treated me with genuine care — it definitely didn’t feel like just another number. Thank you for making a not-so-fun appointment much easier.
I was expecting to have to make an appointment when i got my order from the doctor, but was able to get in right away! It wasn’t like they weren’t busy, because the waiting room had people waiting! But the line moved fast and after I had received my xray, I know they were efficient and accommodating To my needs! The technician helped me through the procedure and was quite friendly! I was in and out quickly! The front desk had me logged into the system from the start! The whole process was quick and professional!
Normally go to Sun City for my breast scans ever 6 months since my breast cancer 2.5 yrs ago. But came to this location bc back to back ultrasound and breast scan fit schedual better. Quiet small office. Very little wait. The mammogram technician was very though professional and understanding. As, I was having multiple symptoms...reason for early visit. They were wonderful on both locations I went to. I came early into the Hoodyear office to try and get a same day appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by the receptionist. She was not able to get me an appointment at their location, but found one in Avondale for later that afternoon. I came to my appointment and very nice staff. No rush or hurry up but tests done with care and helpful information. I say this to say, I have set up appointments elsewhere and always given appointments months out. Thank you Simon Med.
I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service we received during my mom's recent CT appointment with contrast. She was incredibly fearful and has very difficult veins to find, but Benjamin, the technician, was incredibly patient with her. His calm demeanor and reassuring attitude made her feel at ease and comfortable.
