First mammogram ever after finding a rather large lump in my breast and this place is the place to go. They are so friendly, kind and compassionate as you are walked through the process. The lady who did my mammogram walked me through the whole process first and then as we did it she was very patient and thorough. With the ultrasound, she made me feel as comfortable as one could feel in these situations and explained everything thoroughly. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Simon Med Imaging on August 7, 2025, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. The facility itself was well-maintained, neat, and exuded professionalism, which immediately put me at ease. One of the highlights of my visit was the front desk staff. I arrived on crutches, and the front desk attendant went above and beyond by personally bringing the necessary information to me, which I truly appreciated. I recently had my first mammogram at SimonMed Imaging, and I’m honestly so grateful for how smooth and positive the experience was. Like many, I was a little nervous going in—not knowing what to expect. But from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed every step of the way. If you can find this location, it was great, recommended. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The tech that I worked with was nice; and the service provides was quick and painless. This was a later appointment in the day, so it was not crowded and the facility was newer, clean and top notch! All of that said, be sure not to confuse it with the Avondale location, in the next building over. This was Avondale Akos.
