Simon Med gets a 5 star from me. I especially want to acknowledge your receptionist/tech . Her name is Genesis. She was kind and patient. Went more than a mile to accommodate. I thanked her as my husband and I were having a very trying day..she helped to turn that around. Rare to have such a kind and friendly person ..my husband and I will use Simon more often. I been to this SimonMed location a few times already and Sandra and Liz have taken care of me. They are so caring and patient and very friendly! I highly recommend this location. Had a great experience despite the type of exam that I had to get, never fun to get these exams but Sandra on the mammogram and Liz with ultrasound made it as best as possible. Liz even has body spray, hair ties, Bobby pins and lotion available for after the exam.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your front desk. Specifically, the receptionist with gauges and long light reddish-brown hair could benefit from improvement in how she approaches and communicates with patients. I was redirected to your facility for a walk-in ultrasound. The issue wasn’t about being seen the same day—I understand that walk-ins may have to wait or may not always be accommodated immediately. The MRI Tech was excellent! He made sure to keep me informed between tests, even indicating what to expect with when the table would be moving. The best thing of all though, which eased my mind, was that he continually told me that I was doing great. The test was done much quicker than anticipated and the MRI tube wasn’t as small as I expected. Great experience. Thank you!
I took my scan over a week ago and still haven't gotten the results. The appointment process was great. I was in and out. The ultrasound tech was amazing. But this delay with the results is extremely stressful and unkind.
