I had my mammogram done at SimonMed and Sandra was absolutely incredible. She has over 30 years of experience, and it truly shows. She made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment and took the time to explain everything she was doing. She even showed me what the scans look like and explained why each position on the machine matters — something no one has ever done for me before, and it was so helpful. I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service we received during my mom's recent CT appointment with contrast. She was incredibly fearful and has very difficult veins to find, but Benjamin, the technician, was incredibly patient with her. His calm demeanor and reassuring attitude made her feel at ease and comfortable. The gentleman that did my MRI ,I had was so very nice. Such a pleasant person. Made the whole process very comfortable. Wish I got his name but didn't. I'm sure you could see who did my MRI. He was so friendly and funny. Five stars for him!!!! The lady working the front desk could be more pleasant, she was cold and distance, wasn't pleasant to check in with. Needs friendly customer service skills

I’ve visited this location over the years and each interaction is a pleasant one. Ms. Sandra & Samantha are always pleasant and a joy to work with. Keep up the great job ladies, it’s refreshing to still receive great customer service.

I always have a good experience with SimonMed Imaging. This was my first time at the Avondale Akos location. The ladies that greeted me in the front were very nice and warm. Sandra, the mammography technician was extraordinary. She explained each process thoroughly. She was patient with me as she worked on getting accurate positioning for my mammogram. My encounter with her was soothing for such a difficult image. She was the best mammography technician I have ever encountered in my 10 years of getting mammograms.
