Horrible scheduling experience. For your own sanity, please schedule online. I tried calling this location to schedule. First call, I spoke to Maria who advised me my dad's order was not faxed by his PCP. So she gave me her e-mail to provide the CT order and to follow up and schedule. No call back. So I called the next day and the line would not go through. So I scheduled online and attached the order with no problem. I had a great experience at SimonMed Clinic, thanks in large part to Alex at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. I had a great experience during my MRI thanks to the incredible tech who took care of me. They were extremely respectful, professional, and kind from start to finish. They talked me through every step, which really helped ease my nerves, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the scan. It made a huge difference to be treated with such care and empathy. Truly appreciated!

What a disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:50 AM and arrived early at 8:20 AM. Despite waiting for nearly two hours, I received no updates or communication. Each time I inquired, I was told they were "a little behind" and that I was "next," yet nothing progressed. There was a clear lack of organization and customer care. Very professional . My technician that helped me with my MRi of my hand was incredibly nice , very patient and understanding. Made my long MRi feel not bad at all . Wonderful lady . Everybody at the main front reception desk were very nice as well , and very professional . We’re able to accommodate me for that same day. Thank you all for everything.
