Horrible scheduling experience. For your own sanity, please schedule online. I tried calling this location to schedule. First call, I spoke to Maria who advised me my dad's order was not faxed by his PCP. So she gave me her e-mail to provide the CT order and to follow up and schedule. No call back. So I called the next day and the line would not go through. So I scheduled online and attached the order with no problem. I had a great experience during my MRI thanks to the incredible tech who took care of me. They were extremely respectful, professional, and kind from start to finish. They talked me through every step, which really helped ease my nerves, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay throughout the scan. It made a huge difference to be treated with such care and empathy. Truly appreciated!
The front desk clerk, Stefany was prompt, kind and thorough. Mike was the technician who completed the bone density test for my husband. Mike was so patient and helpful with my husband who has mobility issues. I would not hesitate to recommend SimonMed imaging to anyone in the SW part of Houston. Parking is free and accessible.

Mike the CT Tech was very professional, caring, and patient with my parent. The procedure was for an elderly parent and they were nervous. We appreciate him explaining every step he was doing as it was being done. It made the patient very comfortable. The procedure was seemed quick and easy. Really appreciate you Mike.
