I had an MRI done on 02/09/2026, marked STAT, and it is now February 17th—still no report, no urgency, and no communication. A STAT order is supposed to mean immediate, yet this imaging center has treated it like an afterthought. I’ve called multiple times and gotten nothing but vague excuses and zero follow‑through. Do not go here. The staff here is the most unprofessional uncaring un empathetic of any I have seen in the medical field.. arrived for my 4 o’clock appointment at 3:30 as I was told immediately paid my co-pay of course.
