Front desk staff was professional and super helpful to my girlfriend who came in for imaging. I am giving this place 3 stars because once we were taken to the back this site seemed a bit sketchy with the person who performed the exam on my girlfriend. They were dressed casual / cozy without scrubs like every other staff I saw on site I’m not sure they had a real qualified tech.
I had a great experience at SimonMed Imaging today for my CT scan. Mike, who attended to me, was very cordial and helpful throughout the process. He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly. The entire visit was smooth and efficient. I really appreciate the professionalism and care from the staff. Would definitely recommend!
Had the best experience here! I had to get an MRI which took about 30 minutes and the technician made sure I was super comfortable before starting. I got a couple pillows, a blanket and some soothing music to help drown out the sounds of the MRI. The facility was clean and everyone was super nice and helpful. Was way better than I anticipated.
Appointments are not respected. They make patients with appointments wait for 2 hours, exactly like the walk-ins, for a procedure that takes 10 minutes. The only reason they give is “they are preparing the room”!!!
I had a welcoming experience here at SimonMed! I was introduced to the worker named Daisy. She was really nice and patient when my mom went in for an exam. She made our appointment very comfortable and easy.
