Eric & the girls at the front desk were great. My appt. was actually for the same day and time, but next month…. Eric was like, but I’ll take you now…. Full compassion. He & that really impressed me. You don’t see that much at all anymore. Thank you Eric.

The location was very easy to find with parking lot. The staff here was amazing! From the front desk to the technician, they were very welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. For anyone who has issues with the traditional tube style MRI, I highly recommend Simon sit/stand MRI! I was extremely proud of myself when I left there. I had no issues whatsoever.

Came in to get a calcium score test. The office is being remodeled but the front desk was very friendly. The CT machine looked to be newer. My tech Theresa was super nice and made me feel comfortable. Great price too.

My experience was wonderful. I only had one issue. There is no where to park. The parking structure charges $30 to park and SimonMed will not validate your parking. The area is a residential/business district so the street parking is for permit holders only. So the nearest parking is 2 blocks away. If you are handicapped coming for an MRI at the Beverly Hills location please be aware of this. Other than that my experience was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. This place was so comfortable, and the tech was so professional he made me feel very comfortable. He’s such a nice and professional and calm person. I really enjoyed the experience for the first time I had to take a MRI and I was not afraid.
