From the lady at the front desk to Eric the MRI technician, courtesy, thoughtfulness and kindness was the rule. Everything I had filled out online was in front of them and they made the experience delightful. The standing MRI machine did not trigger my claustrophobia and the experience was flawless.
The receptionist was amazing with great energy even though my MRI was done at 5AM on a Saturday. The radiologist was the best care person I have ever had during my hour and a half scan. I will definitely recommend anyone with claustrophobia to have their MRI done here. Thank you once again for not making this non tortures with the Stand-up MRI machine.
I’m extremely disappointed with this place. My mom went in for an MRI, and the technician treated her with complete disrespect, rolling his eyes, speaking with an attitude, and even tossing her gown instead of handing it to her. Anyone who knows my mom knows she’s incredibly sweet and kind, and she would never treat anyone poorly. This experience was unacceptable, and I will make sure she never returns here again.
Business should make patients aware of road construction and to allow extra time to arrive for appointments. I left two hours early for my appointment and was still 15 mins late. The trip should’ve normally taken me less than an hour to get there. I then had to wait 45 mins to be seen because I was late (presumably they took the patient that was there instead.)
Dinora and Rebecca, were so wonderful! They were super kind, patient and supportive with my Mom. The facility is clean, well lit and welcoming. Remember to park at The Law Brothers parking structure on Gale Drive because SimonMed will validate for patients. Surrounding residential area is permit parking only. City of Beverly Hills parking ticket will cost you $58.00. Ain’t nobody got time (or money) 💰 for that! Thank you, SimonMed and The Law Brothers! 😎
