The attendant was nice. The dressing room could have been cleaned better, it smelled like old dirty clothes. I know it’s just a dressing room but a least clean the rug, get some kind of smell good in there.
Two Ladies team is great! Office is clean, for being old part LA .PARKING IS UNDERGROUND . In imaging was fast and easy in the stand up, sit up chair. Great medical customer service by both Ladies . Please bring the ticket for validation. Hope you have a great visit like i experience.
I took my mom in for her sitting MRI at the SimonMed Beverly Hills location because she's not comfortable in a regular MRI and apparently they have the only sitting one. After taking time off from work to drive her from Wilimington to Beverly Hills we were told her appointment had been cancelled and they were fully booked since the women who took my mom's cancellation appointment was sitting across from us. Technician was excellent and her polite and patient demeanor provided sense of comfort. Code access to the unattended parking lot needs to be provided to new patient in order to avoid their being left outside the lot, in the dark at 5:30 am, waiting for help to get inside lot, in order for timely arrival to early MRI appointment scheduled. Parking on street is 'Permit only,' hence your office providing logístics to access the parking structure would eliminate patient from unnecessary stress.
No heads up about the Metro subway construction in front of the building. No information about where to park. Eric was not a very good communicator. He did not tell me to come out of the dressing room when I was ready. He just knocked on the door and asked if I was OK. Eric told me I was lucky that Mary (for the manufacturer) happened to be there to suggest the collar gizmo they used on me. So he was not trained on some of the functions of the machine?
