Dinora and Rebecca, were so wonderful! They were super kind, patient and supportive with my Mom. The facility is clean, well lit and welcoming. Remember to park at The Law Brothers parking structure on Gale Drive because SimonMed will validate for patients. Surrounding residential area is permit parking only. City of Beverly Hills parking ticket will cost you $58.00. Ain’t nobody got time (or money) 💰 for that! Thank you, SimonMed and The Law Brothers! 😎
Made appointment for my 98-year-old mother who was not able to lie down for a cervical MRI. The only facility that offered such standing/sitting MRI was at the Beverly Hills site. The appointment service was patient and caring while scheduling her appointment. The MRI technician was friendly and kind with excellent bedside manners as she prepared my mother to do the MRI. Front desk assistant was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. Thank you for your services and for providing my mother with a pleasant MRI experience.
They are the most accommodating and helpful MRI facility that I have been to. They really do put you at ease before and during the procedure. I highly recommend them. The technician was wonderful.
I flew from San Francisco to LA to visit your stand-up MRI facility in Beverly Hills. Due to flight availability, I arrived hours before my appointment to image my thoracic and lumbar spines. Rebecca was able to start my imaging process earlier, which I appreciated. She performed the imaging like a pro. She was patient and thoughtful throughout the entire 90-minute process.
