My experience with Dr. Eric was extremely pleasant. He was very patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire visit, which made a significant difference, especially when I was experiencing anxiety. He had no issue allowing me the time I needed and even cracked a few jokes to help ease the tension, which I truly appreciated. His calm demeanor and professionalism made the experience comfortable and reassuring, and I would definitely recommend him—10 out of 10.

I had to use SimonMed in Beverly Hills 6 months ago and last week. 6 months ago they had no idea to support a person with POTS in need of leg elevation and had to last minute jerry rig a set up with chair and cushions to elevate my legs, but only balancing on my heels, no support under the legs, hyperextending injured knees of an EDS HSY person with Orthostatic Intolerance, chronic venous insufficient driven OI / POTS for 30 minutes. it was awful. From the lady at the front desk to Eric the MRI technician, courtesy, thoughtfulness and kindness was the rule. Everything I had filled out online was in front of them and they made the experience delightful. The standing MRI machine did not trigger my claustrophobia and the experience was flawless.

Thanks to Simon Med. My experience for the MRI was exactly what I was hoping for. I am unable to lay on the table however at Simon Med I was able to sit in some what of chair/stool and get the same procedure done. Thanks to the two ladies that worked with me as I was in a great deal of pain which caused me to move to some degree. thanks for their patience and their concern. It was greatly appreciated

The furniture is old and the office is dirty. It was nice to have access to a sit down mri, but the tech could have been nicer. I would love to add photos, but you’re not allowed to take any pictures in the office.
