The location was very easy to find with parking lot. The staff here was amazing! From the front desk to the technician, they were very welcoming, and made me feel comfortable. For anyone who has issues with the traditional tube style MRI, I highly recommend Simon sit/stand MRI! I was extremely proud of myself when I left there. I had no issues whatsoever.

Very thankful for the staff, Rebecca and Dinora. Check-in was quick, and services were rendered at my appointment time. If your appointment is at 6:00 a.m., the parking garage opens 10 minutes before 6:00. You can call the Simon Imaging call center, and they'll transfer you directly to this office if the parking garage is not open. Overall, professional service and professional care. I'm very impressed with their hospitality. Lastly, your parking ticket voucher will be validated at the conclusion of your visit.

The open MRI was so easy! I didn't experience any fear at all. The procedure was quick and simple. I highly recommend if anyone who is anxious about having a MRI done. The staff is great and friendly and made me feel comfortable.

My experience was wonderful. I only had one issue. There is no where to park. The parking structure charges $30 to park and SimonMed will not validate your parking. The area is a residential/business district so the street parking is for permit holders only. So the nearest parking is 2 blocks away. If you are handicapped coming for an MRI at the Beverly Hills location please be aware of this. Other than that my experience was wonderful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a very positive experience at the Beverly Hills location of SimonMed Imaging. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I struggle with claustrophobia and had an anxiety attack before my MRI, but they took the time to help me calm down and made sure I felt supported throughout the process. Thanks to their care and professionalism, I was eventually able to complete the MRI. I truly appreciate how compassionate and accommodating they were. Highly recommend this location!
