This place is Medical Imaging’s version of the DMV. I needed an X-ray. They do not take appointments for these. The website says any time during business hours. So I went at 8:00 PM at one that stays open till 10:00. I was turned down because X-rays are only done before 5:00. They were already aware that was not what the website says. I needed to go to Baltimore location, when I tried to make appointment I was told there was no location there! I had to physically go to Biltmore to make the appointment and when I told the lady at desk what happened she just shrugged. When I went for appointment a different lady said not one word to me, just stuck out her hand, for my insurance cards and Id, when she was done just handed them back and said not a word….I had to ask if that was all that was needed! Not impressed at all.
The Lady at the front desk told me that I have to fasting then I found out I didn’t have to fasting. Please tell them their job is just to make appointments. Thank You.
Most horrible CT Scan experience I've ever had. No CT tech there - only a "positioner" with 2 weeks experience. Couldn't place blood line so had to get help. Scan took forever. After she withdrew blood line and wrapped my arm, I got up and blood started dripping on the floor, on my clothing and on my arm. What a mess.
I had a 430 appointment for an MRI. it's now 515, and I still have to wait another 15 minutes. the clerk keeps saying the tech is a little behind. Over an hour is not a little bit behind.
Your tech has the personality of a wet noodle
Rude young lady at front desk...once I got back in the back for an X-ray all was good! Very nice and kind young lady to take my X-ray.
Told person making appointment that a hoyer Lyft was needed. Have to arrange handicap transportation which is not cheap. Arrived to be told they don’t have hoyer lift. Reschedule to have that canceled do to no hoyer lift
It is a constant irritation that, with the ongoing conditions I must have monitored, appointments cannot be scheduled for X-rays ever since SimonMed took over virtually all available X-ray facilities operating in the Phoenix area. That means a long wait every time...and that’s not counting the average 15-20 minute wait when I do have an appointment.
