After a STAT CT scan order was arranged at Health Images because we were scheduled to go out of town early the next morning, we were advised that insurance approval would not be obtained and we would need to find another facility. By then it was after 4:00 pm. The Urologist’s office arranged for us to immediately go to SimonMed from Lone Tree to 9th and Broadway during rush hour on I25.
