After a STAT CT scan order was arranged at Health Images because we were scheduled to go out of town early the next morning, we were advised that insurance approval would not be obtained and we would need to find another facility. By then it was after 4:00 pm. The Urologist’s office arranged for us to immediately go to SimonMed from Lone Tree to 9th and Broadway during rush hour on I25. Originally I was supposed to have a arthrogram with contrast on my hip at the Broadway Denver location. I was initially scheduled without contrast. Luckily I verified that before the appointment. They said it was not ordered with contrast, but I know my doctor did order with contrast. It was on the order and it got missed. I went to this location to have a MRI performed. I paid out of pocket with cash for the service as I have no insurance as soon as I entered the reception area and proceeded to get the MRI done. Starting a week later(october15) to today(January 16) they are still HARASSING me to make a double payment for the service. I have been harassed via text messages, letters and telephone calls to pay the amount again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Find any of the other hundreds of places that offer this service.
