Never had an MRI before and never want to again, but everything was good. Just had a small delay due to patient before me however the receptionist made me aware of the situation and I was called in shortly afterward.

Very efficient, did not have to wait. I had an appointment and it was right on time. The front desk person was friendly and respectful. The lab tech was friendly and able to draw the labs with one try, I have hard to find veins, so I am very happy when the tech is very good at drawing blood.
