Not this Frye Rd site. Stay away! The front desk is incompetent. Every other site I have been to - and followed their instructions to pre register - has run smoothly once I checked in! These front desk girls delayed my appointment time an hour to verify insurance billing, though I had been there 3 times in the last several months.

canceled my appointment 3 times. scheduled my mri before it was approved by the insurance co. showed up for my 3rd appt and was delayed because of machine maintenance. 4th time was finally able to get it done. tech was very nice and apologized for the rescheduling.

Lot’s of problems getting my MRI It took 5 appointments to get my MRI due to equipment braking down to not being able to get the test done because no one was enlightened about the Inter-Stim and doing a MRI !! Finally on July 25, 2022 , @ 8:05 PM l was getting my MRI and still it was, a horrible experience . It all started in June 2022. Thanks Roberta McNamee. 🥹

I set an appointment for two procedures with my doctor's two orders on a Friday for the following Friday in person and then someone changed the time. Then when I was in the room to get the mammo they said they could not do it. Simon Med wasted my time and gas. They did not follow my doctor's orders! HORRIBLE service!
