I went to the Simon med imaging off Dobson and Fry and the lady who did my MRI was fabulous. She put me at ease and she kept informing me of what she was doing and how much longer it was going to take as I suffer from claustrophobia horribly and she managed to get me through it

As a new patient they were helpful sending me to a location near my home and with little computer knowledge was able to sign in on line. Happy with cell phone contact for info that was helpful prior to my visit.

I got lost trying to get there and when I finally got a live person on the phone to get directions while driving on the freeway the guy could not find me in the system. Called back and got a lady this time and she got me the correct directions and said she would call the facility and let them know I was on the way. When I got there the staff was very nice to me as I was upset. The tech made sure she had the best pictures for my Dr. I was really impressed with service and the friendly attitude even for someone who was late. T... read more
Friendly and efficient staff. I had an MRI done with and without contrast was in and out on time and it only took 20 minutes
