Simon Med can be hit or miss. This experience the front desk was bombarded which caused a back up for the clinical team. The mammo technician was kind and professional. The wait time of an hour was excessive. Get the front desk some help!!

I go to SimonMed Imaging for any imaging I need. X-Rays Cat-Scans MRI’S if I need any of them. They are very good and polite and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
the techs know what they are doing and do it as quickly and throuhly as possible.
The nurse that assisted in my mammogram was very sweet. I’m usually really nervous having these done and she made it very easy. We had a great conversation & it went by very quickly. I had never been to that location before, the one closer to my home was booked out for two weeks so I chose this one.

The check on time was correct; awaiting time was about 12 minutes; the technicians were friendly and experience and very helpful; the total time of the mammogram experience was 20 minutes.
