RecommendedVery professional and caring! I am claustrophobic, however the tech was very helpful and caring! I made it through the whole 25 minutes, and was just fine! Thanks to the Awsome tech! A nightmare! Didn't tell me no caffeine-rescheduled- kept waiting for over an hour-and now they told me that they have my results but I can't get them on their "patient portal" -I have been put on hold so many times-website is texted-totally unuser friendly- I have had to enter the same info so many times-pay more to get what you need. This is an exercise in futility-if I ever get my results I will doubt the validity

Went in for lower back/pelvis MRI and findings say "exam limited by limited signal-to-noise (???) and some patient motion." If the machine is having signal-to-noise issues, then it needs to be fixed and a new MRI done. Also, if there's patient movement, isn't it the job of the tech to check images for clarity before moving on -isn't that standard procedure??? Plus it was suppose to include lower back and the report says ZERO about the lower back where the pain is. Total waste of money & feel like I need to go elsewhere a... read more

Showed up for noon appointment at 11:45am. After checkin around 11:50 was told that it would be another 15mins or so. At 12:15pm, I was told another 15mins. At 12:30pm I was told to change in to the gown as the technician would come get me. At 12:35 I was told another "5mins" or so. Eventually at 12:50pm, I got fed up and left the facility without having any tests done.
