Rapid scheduling, office staff great, tech’s knowledgeable and made procedures as painless as possible! However the online Registration is a pain when signing up for procedures that require scheduling versus 2 nd X-ray that’s walk in
My technician was excellent, well trained, personable, but professional. However, there was only one receptionist, which caused a long check-in wait time.

The SimonMed Imaging at the Fountains on Thunderbird Rd. is 100% better than the Union Hills location. Which I refuse to go back. The waits are horrendous, an 11:00 appointment becomes 12:00-12:30, they are short handed and often have computer issues. On the other hand, my appointment at the Thunderbird location was exact time due and they professionally got me in and out at expected times. Union Hills location was late for a their appointments, seemed confused about issuing my paperwork for the referral and then issued ... read more
