Good techs that do a good job, BUT there were literally 17 socially distanced patients waiting in line to sign in. The check-in clerk should have called her office manager to help check in patients. Another clerk came & went but she was working on something else. There were ill elderly people lined up out the door. . . And 3 more people were walking toward the line as I walked out after my procedure.

I actually had a wonderful experience and I know this isn’t always the case. I did not have an appointment. It was after 3:30 in the afternoon and I thought I would never get in. I only waited a few minutes.Once in, everything went smoothly. The technician was wonderful!
