check in and out and payment was easy. The technition was exceptional. As a matter of fact, I asked myself why I had been going to Desert Radiologist when I could be going to SimonMed.

I just need to know one answer. Ready? How is it possible, the ct technician sees me remove a sling from my right shoulder, the order says right shoulder, my paperwork says right shoulder. WHY does the nurse case manager tell me they did a CT of my LEFT damn shoulder? Now I have to go back and do it all over again??? If it were my choice I would use a different company. Period.

It took a month to get an appointment for an ultrasound of the legs then the night before the scheduled test we received a text saying the had to cancel the appointment. Will not use again

First appointment was smooth and without incident. Staff was friendly and courteous. Second appointment. Staff was friendly and courteous. Other than that, I don't believe that I have seen a more mismanaged office. I can't understand how the entire front can be out at lunch at the same time. Literally lights turned out at the front desk. An incredibly Loud buzzing noise in the waiting room. Asked to check in on line in an office that has no cell service so I had to walk out of the entire building to find service where the... read more

They advised that it would take 3-5 days for the results of a C T scan. I specificity requested the report be sent to me via email. Oddly enough a friend is having the same result as well. I have received nothing now nearly 3 weeks later. No response to my inquiries.

I will not go to Simon Med on Mountain Vista again because I’ve been turned away too many times because of equipment issues, no doctor there, etc. I was turned away again because they we’re unable to do a simple X-ray. I went to Simon Med on Flamingo and they were able to do the X-ray. I had to wait longer than expected. No one was waiting in the lobby and I still had to wait 30 minutes. Service has deteriorated.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour PAST your appt. literally every time I’ve come to any of their locations it’s been the same story. Your time is of no concern to SimonMed. *updating for 2 hr wait time PAST appt. crazy to me that a business thinks this is acceptable
