Nothing but screw ups from first attempt at appointment to the actual visit. Would never use SimonMed again.

They r not taking Covid seriously. Other businesses had patients waiting outside. I had an appointment. Asked if I could wait outside because of other conditions. I wasn’t permitted. I walked out . Guess X-ray and cat scan is not good enough money for them . I called , texted and send email . Not one response

1. Forms that need to be filled out could be emailed (PDF) prior to the appointment. Trying to complete the forms on a clip board is not efficient for the patient and the information is somewhat redundant. 2. If the scheduled appointment is going to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, call the client and tell him that you are running late rather than having them wait in your waiting room with other clients potentially having CV . 3.
