My experience at this specific location at this specific time was pretty fantastic! Office staff were so kind, the MRI tech was great, I was fairly comfortable during the MRI. But SimonMed rescheduled me 3 times before I got here. It was incredibly frustrating, and two of them occurred in the two hours before my appointment would have been. I would rank Simon Medical Imaging a 10. Based on there daily appt reminders, plus a link to complete New Patient Info/History. The staff at facity was completed. Upon appt arrival, staff was courteous and efficient, securing patient forms were completed, including Insurance. Shane, the imaging attendant was especially considerate with Patient comfort, prior to procedure. We have been long-term users of MRI imaging at SimonMed. Repeat customers for family of 7 of D1 athletes. BIG CHANGE needed with the off-shore call center. Very problematic - cancelled appointments without contacting the patient. They have zero care or knowledge of individual patient needs 5,000 miles away. I recently spent 6-7 hours playing middleman between doctor, SimonMed and insurance, with the off-shore contact center being the problem for all of it. I had an MRI couple of days ago and it went perfectly. They were punctual and professional, and I slept through the entire scan. Honestly, it was a great experience overall. The only downside was that the appointment text reminder didn’t include the address, which caused me to go to the wrong location before being redirected to Los Gatos location.

The staff are very courteous, compassionate, and and efficient. I had 4 MRI's in a row. The experience was better than expected even though I suffer with claustrophobia. I was rest assured. Thank you.
