Front desk receptionist was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. Very efficient. No waiting as I arrived early as instructed and had my forms filled out on line ahead of time. MRI technician was very friendly and assisted me to MRI machine as I was having trouble walking. MRI took about 20 minutes. First time patient what a wonderful experience! Very easy quick check-in and I was warmly greeted as I walked in. The MRI technician Hannah was awesome! She was very caring, compassionate and professional! Thank you SimonMed I will definitely come back if I need any further testing! Kara
I was finally able to complete my MRI after two prior fails. I discovered I’m very claustrophobic in certain environments. (I can’t tolerate limited space above my face making me feel like I can’t breathe.) The machine at the Los Gatos location provided enough space above my face (approximately 6”) to make me feel comfortable. Also, the technician was very calm and supportive. I’m grateful to the team at this location for their kind understanding of my limitations in this regard. Yippee! I got it done!
They Canceled my appointment at last minute because they didn’t have my insurance information - LIE Told me they were sending me to the open MRI since I was Claustrophobic- Wrong Took up to much of my time over the phone and repeatedly asked for the same information even when I checked In. I initially liked them, but my appointment was canceled because they claimed they didn’t have my insurance information—despite the fact that I had already spent 15 minutes on the phone providing it. I'm sure this happens a lot....but I accidentally went to the wrong location. I was redirected and made it to my appointment. All staff was very friendly and informative. The tech was very calm and accommodating. The only place I've ever been offered a blanket. Thank you , it helped me to not be so anxious about being in a tube.
