This place is amazing!! The staff are amazing, welcoming, and so understanding. The male person who helped while I was getting scanned was very nice, professional yet empathetic. The person who injected me with the dye needs much more practice inserting the needle. I would have given a 5 star rating had it not been for the “inserting the needle”. Please!
Had my MRI done here on 11.21.25 and this place is very nice. Easy to schedule and the front desk girl is so nice and the technician in the back is too! Very quick and easy. This is your go to place for your MRI. Pollard Rd Los Gatos
I went for an MRI at this location. The front staff, technician, and nurse were very polite, professional, and accommodating. However, the processes here need serious quality control. My condition was diagnosed incorrectly, and the radiologist reported that I was fine and did not need any follow-ups, which could have been dangerous in my case. Office was easy to get to, clean, comfortable. I'm older (62) and would have appreciated help sitting up after my procedure. I was a little dizzy. Other than that facility was very suitable. It would be nice if there were more 3T machines in other locations.
