As soon as they received my referral, I was sent a text which made scheduling was a breeze. Upon arrival, early in the morning, Jocelyn greeted me with kindness and professionalism. She was very prepared with a clipboard for me. She seems organized and passionate about helping people which makes it comforting for those of us anxious and in pain. Hana, the MRI tech was amazing. The three stars are for the actual experience at the location. Everyone was friendly and got me in right away. The MRI technician was over the top professional, friendly and capable. However, working with them before to get my authorization through to them and my appointment scheduled was a complete disaster.! They really must fix this! Everything at your location was terrific. But, scheduling the appointment was terrible- first time when responding to a phone message to make appointment they could not find the order, then received received phone call and made appointment which was later cancelled because it was done wrong, then it took a long time to schedule another appointment because the person doing it in Michigan didn’t understand local conditions. Remote scheduling is impossible and if I considered it would give you only one star.

My primary care doctor said my knee injury doesn't look too bad and MRI is not required and won't be covered by insurance. I insisted in getting a referral order. Looked up out of pocket MRI places, found this. Price was decent ($660 for a knee scan). Scheduling was easy, availability was decent (wait time was 3 days). Staff was friendly, and scan report was available very quickly, just a few hours after the scan. You can also download all the scans easily, which is convenient.

I came for my appointment today and got the dates mixed up. Jenny and Shane were so kind. They managed to squeeze me in between other appointments, so I wouldn't have to come back on the date that my appointment was actually scheduled for. Thank you for saving me a long drive! I very much appreciate your kindness and flexibility!
