This place is amazing!! The staff are amazing, welcoming, and so understanding. I can’t say thank you enough to everyone but thanks for always being there for me in my time of need.. ❤️ I always feel safe and loved in good hands and I always know that they’re going to take excellent care of me. Office was easy to get to, clean, comfortable. I'm older (62) and would have appreciated help sitting up after my procedure. I was a little dizzy. Other than that facility was very suitable. It would be nice if there were more 3T machines in other locations.
I just completed my shoulder MRI with Simon Med on Pollard Road, LG.; it was a very pleasant experience! The front desk people were helpful and friendly. The MRI professional who conducted the imaging put me at ease and could not have been more proficient. I will definitely refer friends and family to this business and this location.
Worst customer service experience I've ever had in the medical industry. Getting an appointment for an MRI took a week, 8 separate phone calls, sending in pictures of my medical information 5 separate times, and 2 phone calls directly from my insurance company to Simon Med. This is despite the fact that Simon Med is in network with my insurance and my insurance does not require any preauthorization. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. Very efficient. No waiting as I arrived early as instructed and had my forms filled out on line ahead of time. MRI technician was very friendly and assisted me to MRI machine as I was having trouble walking. MRI took about 20 minutes. I was provided head phones for the noise of MRI machine and provided a blanket in case I was cold. I run very warm but there was a fan inside machine which was wonderful.
