Office was easy to get to, clean, comfortable. I'm older (62) and would have appreciated help sitting up after my procedure. I was a little dizzy. Other than that facility was very suitable. It would be nice if there were more 3T machines in other locations.
I just completed my shoulder MRI with Simon Med on Pollard Road, LG.; it was a very pleasant experience! The front desk people were helpful and friendly. The MRI professional who conducted the imaging put me at ease and could not have been more proficient. I will definitely refer friends and family to this business and this location.
Front desk receptionist was very friendly and greeted me as I walked in the door. Very efficient. No waiting as I arrived early as instructed and had my forms filled out on line ahead of time. MRI technician was very friendly and assisted me to MRI machine as I was having trouble walking. MRI took about 20 minutes. Entire experience was a compilation of incompetence…from 1) failing to advise insurance approval not received prior to arriving for appointment, 2) having me complete paperwork only to cancel that appointment, 3) daily calls thereafter to set-up new appointment without insurance approval, 4) requested 4x to be removed from auto-calls and each time being told ok yet never happened, 5) received reminder about new appointment but not advised of different location, 6) upon arrival at original office advised appointment at second... read more
Since I'm clostrofobic the technician hanna a great 👍 lady comforted me like a kid. Made me relaxed. Had 4 MRI done in an hour. Front desk she was also nice and sweet. Her them at least box of donuts 🍩. Had it done Saturday morning by Monday my doctor had results. Great place clean good machine. Recommend it. 😍. Ms. Hannah sweet lady ❤️ caring.
