As a physician Im an excellent judge of medical staff (and a very reluctant patient). Ive been to the McClintock facility twice lately and have had exemplary service from Destini at the front desk and Gary Soldwisch as tech. He is friendly, assuring and solidly professional. He explains everything and goes the extra mile in his patient care. Destini has been friendly, accomodating and professional too. The scheduling process took three hours and needs to be re-vamped. I arrived at the facility just before my appointment time as I had filled out the paperwork and check in online. I had a very short wait and then went in for the MRI. I get a bit claustrophobic in those machines so picked that location for the larger, feet first machine. Gary the tech was friendly and reassuring. He explained everything and let me know how long it would take. He explained that this MRI machine was faster and took clearer pictures than the open MRI. Had MRI and it was done on appointment and in an efficient manner. Also prepared CD scan in an efficient manner.

The receptionist was very professional and greeted me when I walked in. The MRI technician was very patient it made me feel very comfortable. I usually get nervous However they made me feel really relaxed
