I’ve had a few experiences with SimonMed in other locations where I’ve had to wait a long time for my appointment. Today at the Dobson site, after checking in, I waited 1/2 hour. The tech apologized for the delay. She was professional and informative. The doctor I saw was also kind and professional. Front desk is the weak link at all locations I’ve experienced.
