I was so grateful to make an appointment within a few days. The staff is friendly, informative and attentive. The MRI experience was smooth. Peaceful setting, parking easily found, loved the mobile check in with insurance card & ID upload, clean and modern facilities. Located next to Sharp Rees Stealy in Mira Mesa.
About a month ago, I went to SimonMed Miramar for a MRI. Right away the staff was very professional and kind. The tech Christina, noticed I had a fresh tattoo and recommended to reschedule for safety reasons which I did. So grateful for her catching that. Just yesterday I went to the rescheduled appointment and they actually remembered me, from the wonderful Merika at the front desk to Christina the tech. This location has fabulous customer service! The front desk was incredibly warm, professional, knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions and to research my insurance. Merika went above and beyond to provide the information I had been unable to get by phone and she did so with such a lovely attitude of patience and caring customer service. Thank you Merika! I will definitely recommend others here, based on my positive experience! Plus the pricing is lower than other imaging services.
Marika, Christina, and Phil made my MRI experience as comfortable and as easy as an MRI can be. Marika is so friendly and accommodating. She is prompt with returning phone calls and is such a great first point of contact when getting to the facility. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Christina is a great MRI tech. She was very kind and didn't make me feel rushed or bad for needing to to take breaks or needing to stretch in between scans. Phil was in training and I found him approachable and professional. The facility was clean, The staff was pleasant. Slightly confused on the point of making an appointment, Was told they have 5 walk-ins ahead of me?… told it was going to be 10 min waited 45 min.
