Had an urgent need for x-rays to enable the timely continuation of a VA evaluation. Donna C. at Simonmed Imaging - Miramar greeted us warmly as we walked in the door and treated us professionally and with pleasant humor as she arranged to have the x-rays taken and the appropriate paperwork routed as required. The radiologist was also both friendly and professional - I would happily recommend this office to family and friends.
I was so grateful to make an appointment within a few days. The staff is friendly, informative and attentive. The MRI experience was smooth. Peaceful setting, parking easily found, loved the mobile check in with insurance card & ID upload, clean and modern facilities. Located next to Sharp Rees Stealy in Mira Mesa.
At first, I had a terrible experience with my appointment that was scheduled. I drove over 40 minutes to the clinic being told I had an appointment and turned out they made an error on the order. So they had rescheduled me for another time until they get the correct order in for my MRI. I am so thankful for Donna the front Receptionist because I came in today for my second appointment And my primary care made an error again on my order for MRI but Donna helped me get my MRI done today without waiting for another order. Great experience! From the front desk with Donna, to the MRI tech who performed my exam, just great service and patient care. Will definitely book here again if needed. Also, the time frame front booking was so fast, my local facility would not be able to see me until end of November, Simonmed got me in within a week. Great experience overall! Encinitas and Mira Mar! 👍
