All staff were very nice, friendly and respectful from the front office to the back office. The office was easy to find, clean and organized. Great experience! From the front desk with Donna, to the MRI tech who performed my exam, just great service and patient care. Will definitely book here again if needed. Also, the time frame front booking was so fast, my local facility would not be able to see me until end of November, Simonmed got me in within a week. Great experience overall! I was so grateful to make an appointment within a few days. The staff is friendly, informative and attentive. The MRI experience was smooth. Peaceful setting, parking easily found, loved the mobile check in with insurance card & ID upload, clean and modern facilities. Located next to Sharp Rees Stealy in Mira Mesa.
I came in for a scheduled MRI and when I arrived, there was nobody at the desk. I waited for about 30 minutes and someone finally came to the front desk. She explained that there were 4 people who called out and it was only her. A little while later, someone from another facility came rushing in to help. Despite the situation and being way behind, I was treated with much respect and was able to get my MRI completed. Everyone was very helpful and apologetic for being behind.
