Don’t go if you have options They got me with a sooner appointment offered than my other options, so I gave them a try. I had an 1130 am appt ~7 days out from when they made contact after they received a referral. I showed up early; having already gone through the typical MRI questions verbally, I didn’t expect paperwork. They ask you to complete the same questions again, either online or paper. My visit at SimonMed was a great one! The check in was quick and my radiologist Christina was incredible! She explained well what the process would look like, made me feel comfortable and safe, and was friendly to interact with! Give her a raise! Would definitely come back here if I ever needed too and recommend this location for anyone wondering where they should go.
First impressions make a difference! I was greeted by Donna at the front desk with the warmest and most sincere “hello and may I help you. She even escorted me to the bathroom to point out a the toilet paper roll was jammed and had Hand written a note to maintenance on the door. Great experience! From the front desk with Donna, to the MRI tech who performed my exam, just great service and patient care. Will definitely book here again if needed. Also, the time frame front booking was so fast, my local facility would not be able to see me until end of November, Simonmed got me in within a week. Great experience overall!
