I was so grateful to make an appointment within a few days. The staff is friendly, informative and attentive. The MRI experience was smooth. Peaceful setting, parking easily found, loved the mobile check in with insurance card & ID upload, clean and modern facilities. Located next to Sharp Rees Stealy in Mira Mesa.
It was a professional environment, staffed by professional medical administrators and providers. My experience was great, I had no issues. I was received promptly at the front desk, and had no wait time (I had an appointment) to receive service by the medical providers. Thumbs Up!
All the employees that helped me out were very nice and so sweet. When I went in to get an MRI done on my right knee they were being so gentle knowing how badly it was hurting. Anyone getting and MRI done or any imaging done on your body I recommend coming here. No questions ask!
Marika, Christina, and Phil made my MRI experience as comfortable and as easy as an MRI can be. Marika is so friendly and accommodating. She is prompt with returning phone calls and is such a great first point of contact when getting to the facility. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Christina is a great MRI tech. She was very kind and didn't make me feel rushed or bad for needing to to take breaks or needing to stretch in between scans. Phil was in training and I found him approachable and professional.
