I was so grateful to make an appointment within a few days. The staff is friendly, informative and attentive. The MRI experience was smooth. Peaceful setting, parking easily found, loved the mobile check in with insurance card & ID upload, clean and modern facilities. Located next to Sharp Rees Stealy in Mira Mesa.
My visit at SimonMed was a great one! The check in was quick and my radiologist Christina was incredible! She explained well what the process would look like, made me feel comfortable and safe, and was friendly to interact with! Give her a raise! Would definitely come back here if I ever needed too and recommend this location for anyone wondering where they should go.
At first, I had a terrible experience with my appointment that was scheduled. I drove over 40 minutes to the clinic being told I had an appointment and turned out they made an error on the order. So they had rescheduled me for another time until they get the correct order in for my MRI. I am so thankful for Donna the front Receptionist because I came in today for my second appointment And my primary care made an error again on my order for MRI but Donna helped me get my MRI done today without waiting for another order. Don’t go if you have options They got me with a sooner appointment offered than my other options, so I gave them a try. I had an 1130 am appt ~7 days out from when they made contact after they received a referral. I showed up early; having already gone through the typical MRI questions verbally, I didn’t expect paperwork. They ask you to complete the same questions again, either online or paper. Super redundant to ask the screening questions and not document them, and then ask again and again… Beyond that, there was no one ... read more

Was extremely helpful with my appointment and paperwork, and sending me to the correct location for my appointment with such a great personality and concern to make my appointment better than anyone needed to do, and I truly appreciate her and she is a big asset for you company.
