I would leave a zero star review if it were an option. I went to SimonMed for my annual mammogram. They were a preferred provider for my insurance. Without any prior notice, they insisted on full payment ($327.54) for the procedure and included a $9.82 "convenience fee" for putting it on a credit card. They refused service unless this was paid. They changed my appointment eight times. The language barriers in Tagalog do not have the mental capacity to schedule and keep an appointment correctly. I might have cancer in a tumor and all of a sudden my appointment date is rescheduled to a date later than when I'm supposed to choose my next year insurance plan. 17 phone calls in an attempt to verify my appointments. They don't send any confirmation via text or email. I'm accusing of collusion with my insurance company to prevent and delay my medical care.

This is the worst company to deal with on the phone I think I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Non-stop run arounds, canceling appointments without calling to clarify the need to cancel them. I have been on the phone for 1.5 hrs, trying to get my scheduled appointment back, have been hung up on 4 times. Have asked to speak to a supervisor and have been directed to another customer service agent. Then hung up on again. This place is AWFUL. Super poorly run business. I was referred here to get an Xray. Inconveniently, they do not take appointments for X-rays; you have to walk in during their open hours. I called to check their open hours, but their phone number only leads to an automated system (i.e. you cannot speak to someone to ask questions) that sends you to the website. Absolutely terrible experience. This place has no clue what they are doing. I showed up 20 minutes early to my appt. I was literally the only one in the waiting room the entire time. I waited an hour, and the Tech was on his lunch break. I was never seen. No apologies, no rescheduling, nothing. Just poor, and incompetency across the board. I highly recommend using a different provider.

0 stars was not available. This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with and it is not even particularly close. Had an appt for an MRI scheduled at 5p, drove over an hour to get there only to find out they double booked me and then have them tell I have to wait. I told them I was very clear when I made this appointment I had to get my car from the mechanic at 6p so I would have it to drive to work the next day, the girl essentially tells me too bad with no empathy, compassion, nothing. 5;45p they still haven't ... read more

Ive been having so many issues with SimonMed lately and its not just on one area. Last year I was having issues with billing, now if its not the results taking almost 2 weeks, its the bad coordination of scheduling. I contacted their complaint department but it seems that they havent put too much effort to address the issue. Simon Med is owned by a group of doctors who seemingly intend to monopolize the imaging market. By doing so, they are placing unqualified staff in patient-facing positions on site and in call centers. I just got off the phone after an attempt to make an appointment. I reached a call center, presumably in ******, and could hear boiler room chatter in the background. The *** required an unnecessary amount of information, even though it was already in their system.
