Facility staff is wonderful. However Simonmed the corporation has some significant problems with HIPPA security. When I called to customer service they are rude and unhelpful. They called me to schedule an scan of my elbow I don't have an elbow problem. They were calling the wrong patient. They have somebody else's email on my account. Which gives somebody else access to my account they have promised me three times that they're going to fix the account and merge the duplication. But they have not done it I won't be goi... read more
I had the BEST experience at SimonMed! From the moment I walked in, the whole staff was so warm and welcoming—it really felt like they were excited to help me! They were not only friendly but also super caring and understanding, which made me feel at ease right away. No long wait times at all, which was such a relief! Very good experience. I was able to get my test done the same week I called. I would have had to wait a month to get it done at the hospital. Everyone was friendly. The facility was clean and they didn’t have the air conditioning so cold like you were in Alaska. My co-pay was a lot less than if I had gone to the hospital.
On site staff was great. Making the appointment was like crazy. They asked way to many questions. They should know after a few questions about myself that it is truly me. Without asking so many questions. Also I am hard of hearing, I asked for someone without a accent. They told me I'd have to deal with whoever I had. I also asked person several times to speak up and they were very soft spoken besides that it was a very good experience once I got to the facility.
I had a superb experience. The staff at the front desk was extremely courteous and efficient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to Everyone. My appointment started as scheduled, and there were no hiccups. The x-ray tech was very polite and explained everything to me. I am very glad I came to your establishment and will definitely continue to do so in the future.
