This was my first time here and the staff made me feel so comfortable, which was a relief for such an "awkward" procedure. They were incredibly friendly and put me at ease right away. I really appreciated their kindness throughout the whole experience. If I ever need anything like this again, I'll definitely be back. They truly made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable.
I had an excellent experience at SimonMed Imaging in Orange City. I originally scheduled my appointment by phone on 1/19 for an MRI on 1/21 at noon. I arranged childcare and arrived on time, only to find during check-in that my appointment was not showing in the system—despite all of my paperwork being on file. Very modern equipment and well trained staff. I was in and out in no time. Great experience. Only negative thing to mention is the online checkin. I tried 4 times and it never worked. When I arrived there i had to do paperwork. Almost everyone there said the online didn’t work for them either.
My experience at simon med was very mixed. The ladies at the front desk are angels. I could see they enjoyed their job and working together. However, my experience with the tech that did my CT scan made me feel uncomfortable. She kept asking me what my reason was for the scan and asking about my treatment plan. I don't mind answering questions if I felt this person would provide insight. All she did was constantly question why I was getting the CT scan, which was none of her business to begin with. The team at Simon Med in Orange City, Florida is fantastic. They are friendly, helpful and supportive. Each technician is highly skilled with their specific equipment and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and assists when needed. I felt well cared for throughout my visit and highly recommend this place.
