When I initially called to make an appointment, I was connected to a call center and spent 40 minutes answering questions before ultimately hanging up in frustration without securing an appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to go through such an extensive process just to schedule an MRI. I had a great experience with SimonMed Imaging yesterday. Despite a misunderstanding with my appointment time, the staff handled it with a positive attitude and a sense of humor. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient—the tests didn’t take long at all. I truly appreciated their kindness and exceptional service.
SimonMed Imagine was a very fast visit and peaceful the tech are experienced and I felt very welcomed and they talked me through the entire exam. I would highly recommend any patients to have there doctors send you over to the well mannered technicians who welcome you with a friendly smile and a quick visit. Well done staff.
