The lady at the reception area was very friendly and made me feel relax and confident. Right away, l felt, l was in the right place! The technician that took care of me, noticed I was nervous and took her time and explained how was the MRI process. She made me relax and I had complete confidence on her knowledge and professional skills. I am very happy, l chose this place for my medical needs. Thank you for your kindness and showing the Fruits of the Spirit!
I have been to one of the other SimonMed locations and they were no where close to the excellence, professionalism, kindness, and courtesy the Orange City location has consistently shown to me. The front desk was quick and very helpful. Then the tech took me back right before his lunch break. Which was so kind of him. Sorry I forgot his name, but he was quick and easy. It took me longer to undress than any of their wait time. ☆Thank you to the whole office. You all are awesome!☆
Very professional and caring staff! The place was clean and immaculate. Other doctor and medical facilities should visit them, take notes and follow in their footsteps. The only issue I had was scheduling via phone, which took 45 minutes. Keep up the Great work!
I got there about 40 minutes early. The waiting room was empty and I was immediately attended to. My ID and Ins. cards were scanned and validated. Forms were given with clear instructions. The attending technician very soon had me on the equipment, and I was through in a flash. Very friendly , professional , and jovial.
While the Orange City office was great, i would not recommend using SimonMed for anything. Will never use them again. The worst customer service {Arizona based), took 11 days to get my results, could not access their patient portal, and was given erroneous info by their agents and one of their supervisors. It was great when it was Advanced Imaging, but now another corporate buyout. Go to Halifax, results in 1 day!
