The overall experience was good. The receptionist was a little, let's just say it was early morning and she hadn't had that first pot of coffee. However, she rallied somewhat at the end just before she showed me the door with a "don't let the door hit you on your way out", sort of way. Other than that she was aces. There has to be a two tier review on SimonMed. I give 5 stars to the people who work there. They are friendly, professional and helpful. As far as SimonMed corporate, you would need a negative star rating system -5. SimonMed is overseen by hedgefund executives who are there for profits. I'm still trying to pay a bill for service performed in October 2024. Simonmed has also sent bills without having received an EOB from insurance. All of this is based on my experience.
Well to start with I was told to wear comfortable clothing. So when I walked in in warm Jammie’s n over sized lion clawed slippers…. The laughs n smiles began! The imaging was quick n painless n very friendly n informative. It was a pleasure n close to home. I would recommend Simon’s whole heartedly!!!! The office in Orange City is the best!
My MRI professional was amazing. I am claustrophobic and have anxiety and could pre medicate due to needing to drive. She was so kind and patient. She kept a very gentle tone and explained every step very thorough. Because of that I was able to successfully complete the test. Thank you for showing there is still compassion left.
Such friendly staff from the front to the back of the office. I think all three of my scans were completed and I was leaving about 5 minutes after my scheduled time. I had arrived 20 minutes before my appointment. The waiting area was so comfortable and didn't seem so sterile and cold like most.
