RecommendedI love how everyone is so pleasant and courteous, Sorry can’t remember their names, but two Ladies that were working on January 9th,2020 That did both of Scan and the MRI, are so Caring and Professional, and Most OF ALL THEY CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS, you feel care for, I cannot said enough about THAT Office in Oviedo, I would recommend SimonMed Imaging, because of your employees and Services 👍❤️💥

I have been asked to use Simon Med many times by my PCP and everytime I use them, and this has been at multiple locations, I am disappointed. Usually it is long waits, even when I have an appointment. I do admit it has gotten better over the years, however the front office staff are usually abrupt and clinical handing you a clipboard before really speaking with you like a militay clinic. I GET THERE AND THY TELL ME I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A CT NOT MRI SO CANT DO YOUR IMAGING TODAY.. WHEN THY ARE THE ONES THT SCHEDULED IT IN FIRST PLACE AND NOONE CALLS YOU W COST AND OR IF AUTHORIZED THROUGH INS I WILL NEVER USE SIMONMED EVER!! And I work at a drs office🤦♀️

very short staffed, long wait in crowded waiting room with zero social distancing and many patients not wearing masks even though the sign on the door states masks are required! I will not go back.

I had an appointment and they did a ct scan on the wrong section of my spine! The pelvis people is not the same as the Sacrum!
