Took my Mom to the Palm Valley location for a bone scan. She was scheduled for a chest/abdomen/pelvic scan, the day before, at a different location. They couldn’t complete it because they couldn’t get an iv in. We went to her appt at the Palm Valley location with high hopes that they could get an iv in so she could at least have the bone scan done. Not only did Gina get the iv in without any issues for my Mom, but she then told us that she talked to her tech (Jessy) and that he could get my Mom in for the procedure she w... read more

Very professional and efficient. I especially like the new messaging where they let me know they had received my faxed order and to make an appt. Although I had already had the procedure completed. I like to use the Palm Vally location when possible.
